Kimberly Hernandez took care of my every need, was patient and kind with me and reassured me throughout the process. The end result was just perfect and thanks to Kimberly's hard work and dedication. Betty is super helpful and responsive. She was quick to assist me when I needed help with my mortgage questions, and assisted me in finding a better deal on car insurance. I'm pleasantly surprised with this company. I will definitely be very happy with them for many a year.

I am pleased to say that I love the way Betty takes care of my accounts and it's because of her I have chosen to stay with mountain Franklin insurance. I'm not embarrassed to say that I was not pleased with your other employee that took care of my accounts as far as my home insurance and everything else is concerned because I would call and they would not answer my calls nor would I get a call back and regards to my account. But I will say Betty has always been very attentive with awesome customer service and I'm honored that she is willing to take care of my accounts from here on end. Angie worked with several carriers until she found the best one for my home and auto! She saved me so much money on my renewal and stayed on top of everything for me through the process, even alerting me when the home policy was paid 2 weeks later! Great customer service-thank you!!

She has worked closely with us from the very beginning and has worked tirelessly to find us the best insurance that cover all our necessities whether that be home or auto insurance.
